Real Estate Contracts

We will also work with the lending institution’s counsel to negotiate loan and financing agreements that are acceptable to both parties. Real Estate Closings

Our attorneys will attend and oversee the real estate closing, in which both parties consummate the purchase contract and the property ownership is transferred from the seller to the buyer. Real estate closings involve the buyer delivering the balance owed on the purchase price, the seller signing the property deed over to the buyer, the new deed being registered with the local land registry office, and the seller receiving the proceeds of the property sale.
