Partner, John M. Vlasac, Jr. Successfully obtains a Total of $582,500.00 this Week

1^st Settlement – Our client, a 25-year-old female, was operating her 2016 Ford Mustang in an intersection when the defendant struck our client’s vehicle. Partner, John M. Vlasac, Jr., Esq., through investigation and key witness testimony was able to establish that the defendant negligently, carelessly, and recklessly ran a red light at the intersection causing the accident.  Plaintiff was caused to sustain head, neck, and back injuries.  Mr. Vlasac was able to settle our client’s claim for $297,500.00 shortly after she completed treatment and well before trial.

2^nd Settlement – Our client, a 54-year-old female, was operating her vehicle in Hamilton, New Jersey.  As plaintiff slowed for an amber light at the intersection, she was negligently, carelessly, and recklessly struck in the rear by defendant.  Plaintiff sustained neck and shoulder injuries.
